How do you evaluate the development in real estate sector in urban cities

I asked about the residential aspect of it.

Do you think it varies from city to city. Why?

You told about the PhII project. What is the biggest challenge that you faced in the project.

I see you’ve written about strategy consulting. Suppose you’re asked that the user engagement for instagram is declining. How would you go about it?

You talked about identifying the cause and algorithms, consumer preferences,reels. Lets say everything is same and we keep it the same. How would you go about it?
(talked about looking at the market overall and trends with the competitor platforms to gain some insights, would also think in lines of collaborating with new smaller platforms which are gaining a lot of engagement, etc.)

No, lets just say there’s no new competitor. Basically everything is same. Lets say engagement is declining for all the platforms. But you have to 2x it still.

(talked about market research and taking on overall perspective on trend and end consumer preferences, etc.)

What kind of market research would you do?
